About the Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to support brokers and sales teams in their daily operations. As a key member of our relationship management team, you will play a vital role in strengthening relationships with brokers and aggregators.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our relationship management team to triage broker queues and ensure timely support.
  • Handling inbound and outbound enquiries across a diverse product range, delivering responses within expected timeframes.
  • Responding to complex scenarios via email, offering clear, customized guidance that helps brokers move forward with confidence.
  • Maintaining high-quality service while consistently meeting response times.
  • Generating detailed scenario quotes using industry tools and systems to support informed broker decision-making.
  • Capturing broker interactions accurately in our CRM to ensure visibility and continuity across the team.
  • Applying creative thinking to help brokers structure deals that align with our business objectives.
About You

You are someone who knows how to build strong relationships and deliver great service. You communicate confidently with people at all levels and have a solid understanding of the financial services industry.

We are looking for someone with experience in financial services or mortgages, excellent customer service and people skills, and a good grasp of credit principles.
