Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Cummins. This role will support the sales force through the rhythm of sales, leading to successful closures.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute and support selected sales-related activities under limited supervision.
- Provide local sales support for the sales team and low kVA dealers, including order creation, stock availability advice, arranging set movements, and invoicing.
- Support project managers with project invoicing claims and processing supplier purchase orders and invoices.
- Manage sales forecasts with the sales team.
- Order diaries and merchandise for the sales team and dealers.
- Manage dealer and sales team holds.
- Prepare monthly sales commission claims.
- SAP experience is required.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com and/or Movex is an advantage.
- Action-oriented, taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Collaborative, building partnerships and working with others to meet shared objectives.
- Effective communication, developing and delivering multi-mode communications.
- Customer-focused, building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Channel awareness, explaining industry structure and dynamics to advance organizational goals.
- Sales forecasting, collecting and assessing customer data to create a forecast of future consumption patterns.
This position requires some work experience and intermediate-level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience. A high school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience meeting applicable regulations is necessary.
Salary and Benefits:The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Other benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
