Cummins Sales Administrator - Power Gen

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Role:

In this dynamic and customer-focused role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team through the entire sales process, from lead to close. As a Sales Administrator - Power Gen, you will execute and support selected sales-related activities under limited supervision.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate local sales support for our sales team and low kVA dealers, including order creation, advising stock availability, arranging movements of sets, and invoicing.
  • Support local project managers with project invoicing claims and processing of supplier purchase orders and invoices.
  • Manage sales forecasts with our sales team.
  • Order diaries and merchandise for our sales team and dealers.
  • Manage dealer and sales teams' holds.
  • Prepare and submit monthly finance reports.
  • Process supplier invoices.
  • Prepare monthly sales commission claims.
  • Submit new vendor requests as required.
  • Assist in collating South Pacific invoicing data for quarterly forecast submission by finance.
  • Provide weekly updates on invoicing data and movements for finance.
What We're Looking For:
  • SAP experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and/or Movex is an advantage.

Qualifications:

This role requires some work experience and intermediate-level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience. A high school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience meeting applicable regulations is also necessary. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
