The Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and processes
  • Implement and refine internal procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Manage communication with internal and external clients, fostering strong relationships
  • Assist in property inspections as needed
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media management
  • Organize and maintain the Director's diary and calendar
  • Confirm appointments and schedule meetings
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Hold a strong background in administration, preferably in the real estate sector
  • Be a registered Certificate holder
  • Offer exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
