Overview: Healthscope is a leading healthcare provider seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum depending on experience.
Job Description: As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across various departments. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate and effective record management systems, including preparation of medical records
- Performing health fund checks as required
- Managing the collection of excesses/co-payments
- Coordinating with staff from other departments
- Completing other clerical tasks such as data entry
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Australia Work Authority
- Working with Children check
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
