A leading fund administration seeks an exceptional Administrative Coordinator to provide top-notch support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a permanent opportunity with flexibility to work from home in the CBD.

The estimated salary for this role is $82,000 - $95,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation.

About the Role:

  • Support the EA to CEO in providing efficient and effective administrative services, including operational processes and initiatives.
  • Be responsible for the efficacy of office coordination on behalf of the EA to CEO.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Manage calendars, inboxes, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide support to various stakeholders, both junior and senior.
  • Assist in accurately updating CRM and spreadsheets.
  • Book lunches, travel, and accommodation as needed.
  • Liaise with the office team to coordinate meeting rooms and internal events.
  • At times, assist the HR team with administrative duties.

About You:

  • You have permanent residency or citizenship.
  • You have experience in an administrative capacity.
  • You possess a good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • You are an effective communicator who can tailor your approach depending on the situation.
  • You pay excellent attention to detail, are reliable, well-organized, and able to prioritize workload.
  • You possess strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • You are a self-starter who can work unsupervised.
  • You are helpful, approachable, and sensitive to confidentiality issues.
  • You are able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
