Administrative Coordinator

We seek a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Talent Focus. Reporting to the management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
### Key Responsibilities
#### Office Management
* Ensure the office environment is well-organized and functional
* Source and manage office supplies, including stationery and business cards
#### Employee Onboarding
* Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
* Source and set up IT equipment for new hires
* Train new employees on company IT systems and processes
#### Travel Coordination
* Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for employees
* Ensure travel plans are efficient and cost-effective
#### Accounts Payable
* Process and manage accounts payable transactions
* Maintain accurate financial records and assist with financial reporting
#### IT Support
* Provide basic IT troubleshooting and support to employees
* Liaise with external IT service providers as needed
#### Timesheet Management
* Collect, review, and manage employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
### Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience with accounts payable and financial record-keeping is a plus
