About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and focus on rolling out an industry-leading application for the poultry sector.

This opportunity offers excellent career progression into channel/category management type roles, with a base salary of $80-85K + Super + Performance Incentives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Australian poultry business.
  • Manage key accounts and relationships with major poultry integrators across Australia.
  • Collaborate with the global team and build a strong local support network.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote related poultry products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Proven experience in account management and strategic sales within the poultry or agriculture sector.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Australia and engage with a wide range of industry stakeholders.
