Company Overview

The organisation focuses on developing and supplying advanced pharmaceuticals, feed additives, and solutions to improve livestock health and productivity. They serve industries such as poultry, swine, and cattle, committed to enhancing animal welfare and supporting sustainable farming practices.

As part of their growth in the Australian market, they are looking for an up-and-coming Key Account Professional with several years of professional sales experience. The initial focus will be on rolling out an industry-leading application for the poultry sector with opportunities to take on more responsibility over time.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a base salary of $80,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation, performance incentives, and extensive travel across Australia. As a Key Account Professional, you will develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Australian poultry business, manage key accounts and relationships with major poultry integrators, collaborate with the global team, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Proven experience in account management and strategic sales within the poultry or agriculture sector.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
