Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to drive growth and profitability for our company, IIQAF. As a key member of our team, you will leverage market analysis and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and target markets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand our market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer service
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for IIQAF
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant field
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
