Service Manager Opportunity

As a Service Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling us to fulfill our purpose by:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Overseeing the successful daily operations of the OTC area of the pharmacy, ensuring our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked to provide a welcoming experience for our customers.
  • Inspiring and leading the OTC team to deliver outstanding and professional customer service for every member and customer, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant retail and people management experience in pharmacy or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
