As a Service Manager, your role will be vital in helping us achieve our mission by:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and consulting with clients to ensure they receive optimal advice for their health and beauty requirements.
- Managing the efficient daily operations of the Over-The-Counter (OTC) section of the pharmacy.
- Ensuring our stores are attractively presented and well-stocked, creating a welcoming environment for our customers.
- Motivating and leading the OTC team to provide outstanding and professional service to every member and customer, every time.
Successful candidates for the Service Manager position will typically exhibit:
- Relevant experience in retail and personnel management within a pharmacy setting.
