About the Role

The Retail Manager is a key leadership position at Savers Australia, responsible for overseeing the retail operations team at our Kilburn store. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers and donors receive exceptional customer service, and will work closely with the Store Manager and District Manager to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing sales data and adjusting the sales floor to maximize sales
  • Coaching and developing team members to provide outstanding customer service
  • Leading by example and role-modeling excellent customer service skills
  • Welcoming new team members and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Collaborating with the Store and District Manager to plan and execute retail strategies
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in retail management, with experience in leading teams and driving sales growth. You will also need to have excellent communication and coaching skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will need to be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
