Service Manager

We are seeking a Service Manager to become an integral part of our pharmacy team.

As a Service Manager, your role will be essential in helping us achieve our mission by:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and consulting with clients to ensure they receive the best guidance for their health and beauty requirements.
  • Managing the efficient daily operations of the Over-The-Counter (OTC) section of the pharmacy.
  • Ensuring our stores are attractively presented and well-stocked, creating a welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Inspiring and leading the OTC team to provide outstanding and professional service to every member and customer, every time.

Successful candidates for the Service Manager position typically exhibit:

  • Relevant experience in retail and personnel management within the pharmacy sector.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to guide and mentor others.
  • A positive demeanor and the capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
