Hotel All-Rounder - MERCURE Sydney Manly Warringah

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part Time Hotel All-Rounder to work across our Front Office & Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service for our guests at all times.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage with guests from check-in to check-out, providing personalized service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and comfortable during their stay.
  • Provide guidance on hotel facilities and services, promoting the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program to enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist with various hotel tasks, including reservation management, food delivery, and maintaining accurate guest accounts.
  • Serve guests at the cafe, prepare beverages, and provide exceptional service in a busy environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitasking, and think critically to resolve issues quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, pride in personal presentation, and a natural ability to surprise guests with authentic service.
  • A genuine customer service focus and dedication to making every guest's stay memorable.
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain one before starting.
