Role Overview:
In the capacity of Sales Director, you will spearhead the growth of our brand and media owner business alongside our leadership team. This role is primarily focused on individual contributions, leveraging your extensive experience in media and platform sales to cultivate a robust portfolio, while also paving your career path into the SaaS sector and emerging as a key player in the next wave of marketing technology innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in engaging with media agencies and established senior-level contacts within the marketing and advertising sectors.
- Demonstrated success in sales roles within platform/SaaS businesses, particularly in marketing and advertising.
- Ability to balance the requirements of media agencies while maintaining strong direct client relationships.
- Solid understanding of data collaboration, identity management, and programmatic technologies.
- Experience working within a small team in a larger global organization.
- Proven track record in articulating complex platform sales propositions, including proposal writing and financial analysis.
- Exemplary traits of honesty, trustworthiness, positivity, and determination.
- Possess humility, a sense of humor, and a friendly demeanor.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary package with substantial OTE potential, along with superannuation contributions, private healthcare, and 25 days of annual leave (excluding public holidays). Additionally, there is an opportunity to participate in share options.
This position is hybrid, with flexibility for remote work and occasional office attendance.
