Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager at Frontline Recruitment, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across ANZ. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and leading Business Development Managers and corporate office Branch Managers to achieve long-term, sustainable growth. You will cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and agency owners, building a reputation as a credible business leader and trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor BDMs and corporate office Branch Managers to achieve sales growth
- Diagnose areas of weakness and establish plans to improve overall client count
- Attend sales meetings with new and existing clients
- Provide ongoing support and mentoring to existing and future franchisees
- Work closely with the Learning and Development department to deliver New Franchisee Training and ongoing On-the-Job training
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and regular business and market reports for the CEO and Board
- Ensure franchise owners and staff comply with relevant legislation
- Recommend changes to systems, processes, or technologies to ensure continuous improvement and innovation
- Participate in recruitment and franchising industry groups and forums
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in a regional management role, with labour hire recruitment experience essential
- Experience in a franchise environment is an advantage
- Demonstrated track record of achieving new and organic sales growth and improving profitability
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills suitable for all levels
- Superior training and coaching skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and resolution skills
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sales CRM
- Capable of working with a high degree of autonomy, self-motivated, and strong work ethic
- Business or Marketing degree is desirable
