Purpose of Position

Drive business growth and develop a strong sales workforce in the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve profitable revenue growth.
  • Manage sales and marketing activities to expand market share and develop new products.
  • Lead and manage a regional sales team to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with operation delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to capture leads effectively.
  • Coordinate with country and regional sales teams to align strategy and tactics.

Candidate Specifications

  • Bachelor degree with minimum 10 years sales management experience.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, corporation insurance, accounting, and marketing industries preferred.
  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a proven record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Good command of customer relationship exploration, maintenance, and development.
  • Self-discipline, planning, and organizing capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, working under pressure.
  • Result-driven, analytical, and open-minded.
  • Strong ethics and discipline.
  • Primary Location: Sydney (Melbourne considered).
