We're seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee and grow our Sydney-based Business Development and Growth teams, driving expansion across the ANZ region.

Reporting to the Director, Sales Development, you'll be a key contributor to our sales leadership team, leading recruiting, pipeline generation, and coaching for our Business Development and Growth Sales team members.

You'll have a proven track record of driving pipeline growth, leading sales development teams, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Your Impact:

  • Lead the development and scaling of a high-performing team
  • Contribute to the strategy for pipeline generation in ANZ
  • Develop innovative approaches to accelerate new customer acquisition and consumption growth
  • Manage your team's pipeline targets and provide coaching to ensure success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional regional leaders to maximize team contribution
  • Analyze team performance and funnel data to identify and address inefficiencies

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Development manager with a history of overachieving against quota
  • Experience in a quota-carrying, end-to-end sales role with consistent overachievement against quota
  • Experience growing a sales development team by recruiting and developing BDRs and ISRs, focusing on providing the necessary training and support for success
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and Outreach.io, with additional experience with other sales tools an advantage
  • Experience with sales processes centered around value selling, prospecting, and opportunity qualification
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for cloud, big data, and AI
