Lead Sales Team in ANZ Region

This Sales Leader will be responsible for mentoring and guiding a seasoned group of enterprise and mid-market sales professionals within the ANZ territory. The ideal candidate will have experience growing revenues through strategic planning, coaching, and enabling their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage the sales team and work closely with Sales Engineers, Partner Sales Manager, and Sales Development professionals in the region.
  • Capitalize on management and coaching skills to bring strategy, planning, and experience to the sales efforts.
  • Manage the region's day-to-day operations, including recruitment, retention, and performance management, employee development, and enablement.
  • Work with Finance on sales team P&L and Operations forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience building, training, and leading top-notch sales teams within the SaaS vertical.
  • 10+ years of experience primarily in direct sales but also channel sales.
  • Deep experience selling a complex SaaS offering to IT Ops and/or Dev Ops leaders.
  • Relevant software industry experience in IT systems, enterprise, or infrastructure management.
  • A sales track record of leading teams to exceed quota objectives.
  • Strong communication skills and a polished approach to management and sales.
  • Ability to forecast sales accurately and a commitment to achieve those figures.
  • Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne (Hybrid role).
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA is a plus.
