
Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to drive sales growth and business development across major Key Accounts in various industries.
This role focuses on managing, developing, and expanding existing Key Accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining close relationships with cross-functional teams.
Frequent travel is required to key growing areas, fostering strong connections with stakeholders and driving strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to enhance Key Account performance and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing Key Accounts.
- Maintain accurate budgeting and forecasting to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Establish and implement effective pricing structures to optimize gross contribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new products and services.
- Experience in a supply chain, packaging, or produce environment with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, build lasting relationships, and navigate complex conflicts.
- Project management skills, including risk analysis, forecasting, and team coordination.
- Strong research and analytical skills to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce software to streamline operations.
- Understanding of the circular economy and commitment to sustainability principles.
