National Business Manager Job Description

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for leading the Priceline account and driving growth through strategic planning, product launches, and pharmacy channel expertise. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative solutions that enhance well-being and deliver exceptional results.

This leadership position focuses on achieving sales and margin targets through effective communication, coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, and negotiation of customer agreements. You should have experience in pharma or health-focused consumer goods, especially in pharmacy channels, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Your commercial acumen, leadership, and data-driven approach will drive the Priceline business toward sales and partnership success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Manage and grow the Priceline account through strategic decisions.
  • Sales and Margin Targets: Achieve sales and margin targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams for product launches and initiatives.
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify growth opportunities including partnerships and specialty products.
  • Customer Agreements: Negotiate customer agreements, terms, rebates, and contractual obligations.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans, including a 3-year growth roadmap with marketing and category teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure operational excellence in sales execution, stock management, and performance analysis.
