Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing account plans that drive business success and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS
  • IDENTIFYING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOPING STRATEGIC PLANS TO CAPTURE THEM
  • LEADING CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO DELIVER CAMPAIGNS AND PROJECTS
  • ANALYZING DATA TO INFORM ACCOUNT STRATEGY AND OPTIMIZE RESULTS

The successful candidate will have:

  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS GROWTH OR A RELATED FIELD
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
  • ABILITY TO THINK STRATEGICALLY AND WORK INDEPENDENTLY
  • FAMILIARITY WITH CRM SOFTWARE AND DATA ANALYSIS TOOLS
