The Key Account Business Developer is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for fostering relationships with restaurants and hospitality groups to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
This position requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to build trust with potential clients through consultative conversations, identifying business gaps and presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Key Account Business Developer, you will play a key role in empowering hospitality operators to streamline operations and increase revenue.
Responsibilities- Restaurant Acquisition: Develop a pipeline of restaurants and hospitality groups by building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Sales Experience: Master the value proposition of our platform to help operators understand how we can support their business.
- Presentation Skills: Conduct meetings and demos to showcase our solution and its benefits.
- Full Cycle Sales: Own 100% of the sale from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracts, and go-live.
- Trusted Advisor: Build long-term relationships with your partners and advocate for our clients to ensure their success.
- Experience: 3+ years of hospitality technology sales experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously, technological savvy, drive for results, and proficiency in Salesforce and equivalent tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, marketing, business administration).
