
Workplace Relations Strategic Advisor

As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic workplace relations initiatives across the business.
- Interpret and apply industrial instruments, legislation, and company policies to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Implement changes necessitated by law reforms, Awards, and enterprise agreement updates.
- Support enterprise bargaining and change management processes.
- Maintain internal resource libraries relevant to workplace relations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on workplace relations matters.
- Support, guide, coach, and advise on all matters related to workplace relations.
- Work constructively with business leaders and union officials to resolve industrial matters.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and best practice in workplace relations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A tertiary graduate or post-graduate degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations/Workplace Relations, or a related field.
- Proven capability in Workplace Relations, contributing to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
- Experience in improving the capability of others in resolving workplace relations issues.
- Able to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
