Are you an energetic Workplace Relations Advisor looking to further develop your career in a role offering variety and opportunity within a growing, innovative company? This is a hands-on role where your IR/HR expertise will be highly regarded.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Workplace Relations Specialist, the role will be responsible to:
Provide sound, practical advice and solutions to management in employee performance and disciplinary matters
Maintain the Group IR Log and provide regular risk reporting
Review and appraise company policies and procedures
Conduct and report on workplace investigations
Keep abreast of legislation and regulations in HR/IR and update the business on employment related legislative changes
**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills & Experience
Must have experience in a workplace relations/IR Advisor role, preferably within the contract catering/hospitality industry
Experience in interpreting enterprise agreements and awards
Tertiary qualifications in HR/IR whilst preferable are not essential
Demonstrated experience with conducting, investigating and resolving workplace matters
Experience in report writing, review of policies and procedures
Knowledge of employment legislation compliance
