Permanent workplace relations officer role salary up to $100,000k plus super based in northern Sydney

We are seeking a motivated and skilled workplace relations advisor to join our client's dynamic team. As a workplace relations advisor, you will play a crucial role in HR functions, working in a permanent position with a salary up to $110,000k plus super, based in northern Sydney. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to this organisation's success and growth.

**Your new role**In your new role, you will be an essential part of the HR team's complex and sensitive compliance issues.- Collaborate with the legal team and advisors to address industrial matters.- Participate in enterprise agreement EA negotiations when necessary.- Conduct investigations into grievances, underperformance, and disciplinary issues.- Advise managers on award interpretation, policies, and legislative requirements.- Prepare workplace relations documentation

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be considered for this position, you will need to have experience working in employment relations or industrial relations. Experience in the transport or similar sector will also be advantageous. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and in a team. You will also be able to manage multiple demands across the stakeholder base. You will also need a current Australian driving licence issued by the relevant state.

In return, you will be offered a permanent role based in northern Sydney with hybrid work available (two days from home per week).
