Job Title:

Senior Workplace Relations Specialist


About the Role:

This senior position plays a vital role in executing a strategic and consistent approach to workplace relations across the business. Key responsibilities include assisting the Head of Industrial Relations & Policy, interpreting industrial instruments and legislation, implementing changes necessitated by law reforms, supporting enterprise bargaining and change management processes, and providing timely and accurate reporting.


Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary graduate or post-graduate degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations/Workplace Relations or related field.
  • Proven capability in workplace relations, contributing to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
  • Experience in improving the capability of others in resolving workplace relations issues.
  • Able to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, technical specialists, operational managers, and line managers.
  • Proven ability to convert information and data into knowledge and communicate that knowledge meaningfully.
