Strategic Workplace Relations Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a strategic workplace relations expert. This role involves delivering specialist advice on employee relationships, disputes, and outcomes across various work environments.
The successful candidate will provide proactive guidance to stakeholders on employee management, offer strategic advice to support employees and the organization, manage workplace investigations, and assist in resolving industrial disputes.
Main Responsibilities- Proactive Guidance: Provide expert advice to stakeholders on effective employee relationship management strategies.
- Strategic Support: Offer counsel to support employees and the organization in achieving their goals.
- Workplace Investigations: Manage investigations into workplace issues and assist in resolving disputes.
- Negotiation Skills: Develop and negotiate workplace agreements and policies.
This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months with a grade of 9/10. The successful candidate will work closely with the Human Services team to provide workplace relations support and expertise.
