  • Welcoming guests warmly and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience.

  • Anticipating guest needs and delivering thoughtful, personalized touches.
  • Liaising with colleagues across the hotel to guarantee seamless service at every step.
  • Maintaining accurate guest profiles and ensuring every detail is up-to-date in our property management system.
  • Handling requests and resolving issues with initiative, care, and a genuine desire to delight.
  • Remaining confident and calm under pressure, even during busy shifts or unexpected situations.

  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including overnights.
  • Fully available to work full-time.
