The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Desk, Reception and Guest Relations, working closely with the Front Office Manager and Executive Assistant Manager of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and key control.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of front office staff to achieve high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
