Luxury Hotel Front Desk Attendant

As a key member of the hotel team, the Luxury Hotel Front Desk Attendant plays a vital role in extending a warm welcome to all guests and ensuring their smooth arrival and departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and professional greetings to all guests upon arrival and farewell them as they depart
  • Assist guests with luggage, packages, and vehicle transfers while maintaining efficient movement and adhering to established processes
  • Offer directions and arrange transportation for guests during the day
  • Anticipate and meet guests' needs by offering assistance before being asked
Requirements:
  • Full driving license
  • Amenability to work overnight shifts
  • Previous experience in similar roles at luxury hotels or resorts
  • Basic computer skills and hands-on experience in room maintenance
  • Good spoken English
  • Valid working rights in Australia
