Job Title:

Night Auditor

This luxurious opportunity allows individuals to combine French Zest and Sofitel luxury while working in the iconic first international 5-star hotel in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Night Manager with end-of-day auditing and balancing for all hotel outlets.
  • Providing exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
  • Managing guest accounts, reservations, and billing using Opera Cloud.
  • Maintaining communication with all departments, handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Operating the switchboard, managing wake-up calls, and ensuring proper message delivery.
  • Reconciling daily transactions including credit cards and F&B outlet reports.
  • Preparing reports and express check-out envelopes for the next day's operations.
  • Promoting hotel facilities and upselling services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Ensuring guest confidentiality and hotel safety while maintaining a tidy, well-stocked front desk and completing nightly checklists and reports.

Requirements:

  • Previous hospitality experience with strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (preferably Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong numerical skills with ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
