Night Auditor
This luxurious opportunity allows individuals to combine French Zest and Sofitel luxury while working in the iconic first international 5-star hotel in Sydney.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Night Manager with end-of-day auditing and balancing for all hotel outlets.
- Providing exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Managing guest accounts, reservations, and billing using Opera Cloud.
- Maintaining communication with all departments, handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Operating the switchboard, managing wake-up calls, and ensuring proper message delivery.
- Reconciling daily transactions including credit cards and F&B outlet reports.
- Preparing reports and express check-out envelopes for the next day's operations.
- Promoting hotel facilities and upselling services to enhance guest experiences.
- Ensuring guest confidentiality and hotel safety while maintaining a tidy, well-stocked front desk and completing nightly checklists and reports.
Requirements:
- Previous hospitality experience with strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (preferably Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong numerical skills with ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
