Your Skills & Experience:
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Proven experience in events coordination, preferably in a museum or cultural institution setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and external partners.
- A high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with safety and security procedures, as well as basic knowledge of technical requirements for events.
About You:
