High-Performing Sales Executive Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Growth Manager in North Sydney, Australia.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including IT department end-users and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, highlighting the value and benefits of N-able solutions.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales processes and strategies.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of N-able products, sales methodology, and processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A proven track record of sales success in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- A deep understanding of the IT industry and the needs of IT department end-users.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
What We Offer

- An estimated annual salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience.
