We are expanding and seeking a Channel Partnership Executive for the ANZ region, tasked with onboarding new channel partners and overseeing the relationship throughout its duration.
Role OverviewThis position involves crafting channel strategies from the ground up, forecasting our partnership pipeline, and managing relationships with various channel partners (VARs & SIs), while representing the company to potential and existing partners in the region.
- Lead the strategy and execution of establishing new partnerships and driving revenue within the ANZ region.
- Identify and recruit prospective channel partners across diverse clusters, segmented by industry, geography, and specific service expertise.
- Negotiate partnership agreements while balancing company objectives, speed, and economic viability.
- Empower new partners to become self-sufficient in positioning, marketing, and selling the company's suite of products.
- Monitor, report, and enhance partnership performance, including identifying issues as they arise, evaluating potential solutions, and implementing them.
- Manage your partner portfolio targets and achieve results.
- Collaborate with various teams to build and sustain a pipeline of relationships with potential partners, taking ownership of the relationship throughout all stages.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to partner/customer locations.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or partnership roles - essential.
- Experience working directly or indirectly with Channel Partners/VARs/SIs - essential.
- Experience in a Global Work Environment.
- Strong understanding of the partnership landscape and various players in the regional market.
- Ability to manage an entire project from inception to completion.
- Exceptional relationship-building and proactive approach.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Team-oriented with a competitive spirit.
- Proficient negotiator with a high success rate in closing deals.
- Must hold a relevant visa to work in Australia.
