Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing effective administrative systems and processes to optimize office efficiency
  • Managing office supplies and equipment to ensure seamless operations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Director in their daily tasks
  • Coordinating listings and ensuring timely publication
  • Liaising with property owners and stakeholders to maintain positive relationships
  • Ensuring compliance across all tasks and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales administration or as an Executive Assistant
  • Certification of registration and strong understanding of Agent Box & Real Time Agent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships
  • Immaculate personal presentation and high energy levels
