Role Summary
The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant & Office Manager role will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the Gough Recruitment AU team, you will provide administrative support to the Director and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing effective administrative systems and processes to optimize office efficiency
- Managing office supplies and equipment to ensure seamless operations
- Providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Director in their daily tasks
- Coordinating listings and ensuring timely publication
- Liaising with property owners and stakeholders to maintain positive relationships
- Ensuring compliance across all tasks and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales administration or as an Executive Assistant
- Certification of registration and strong understanding of Agent Box & Real Time Agent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships
- Immaculate personal presentation and high energy levels
