This is an exciting opportunity to join Xero as a Senior Executive Business Support professional. With a rapidly growing company, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the operations of the CEO office.

As a key member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations and provide exceptional administrative support to the Manager of the CEO Office.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a senior support role (minimum 5 years supporting C Suite/MD/CEO level) with a proven track record of navigating dynamic environments and overseeing multiple stakeholders.

You will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international travel, processing expense reports, and assisting with budget management for travel and events.

A strong project manager with excellent communication skills, you will be able to prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively with the wider support function to achieve desired outcomes.

The successful candidate will bring an innovative mindset, coping well with change and ambiguity, and utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create efficiencies.

You will also be responsible for maintaining effective working relationships, creating clear communications between the CEO Office, XLT EAs & Business Support portfolios, and acting as a liaison and trusted partner for the Manager of the CEO office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain effective processes, improve efficiency & productivity, and enhance internal functions and business systems.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
