Sydney Operations Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to join our client, a leading Tier 1 global asset manager in Sydney.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a junior EA capacity. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' corporate administration experience, preferably as a TA/EA/PA, ideally with an investment bank, asset manager, private equity or within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex diaries, coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and video conferences.
- Maintain team diaries and contacts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle telephone answering, messages, and assistance, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Arrange travel and book flights and accommodation for the team, demonstrating knowledge of time zones and relevant policies.
- Process expenses and complete reports for the team of bankers, providing support with general administration tasks.
- Coordinate couriers, outgoing mail, and distribute incoming mail, promoting a seamless workflow.
- Contribute to document production (Word) when required, participate in ad-hoc project work, and foster a cohesive work environment within the EA team.
- A minimum of 2 years' corporate administration experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with colleagues at all levels.
- Promptness, reliability, and a willingness to collaborate with other EAs to ensure smooth daily operations.
The successful candidate will have $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a dynamic team.
