Currently, we're embarking on a significant expansion program, which will see our firm flourish and expand. This change will be spearheaded by the Service Line Leader, who requires a proactive, pragmatic, business-savvy EA to assist with key priorities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The Role

You will provide top-notch administrative support to the Service Line and Service Line Partner, being intuitive, proactive, and highly efficient.

Your core duties will include:

  • Prioritizing reports, business papers, and correspondence for efficient and prompt handling.
  • Maintaining the SLL's diary and organizing travel and related arrangements as needed.
  • Coordinating meetings, managing attendance, and preparing documentation and reports as required.
  • Identifying and taking follow-up action arising from agenda and meeting/board notes as needed.
  • Providing administrative support to the division's staff members as required.
  • Building strong networks and relationships with clients and their EAs.
  • Carrying out special projects allocated by the Service Line Leader.

Requirements:

We're looking for an Executive Assistant with:

  • Demonstrated senior EA skills and experience working directly with a Partner, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills reflecting the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the firm.
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proactive problem-solving approach with strong decision-making capability.
  • Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to work independently effectively.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adapt to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of client service and response.
  • High-level computer literacy and application of Microsoft Office products and digital/web-based mediums.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or other relevant qualification will be highly regarded.
