About the Role:

The Office Operations/EA role at Gough Recruitment AU is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires a highly organized and motivated individual to support the Director. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of the office's back-end operations, and you will work alongside a high-performing, close-knit team in the property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive assistant duties to the director
  • Manage all office administration, including coordinating listings and ensuring compliance across all tasks
  • Contribute executive ideas for office improvement
  • Liaise with property owners and ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as sales admin or EA
  • Certification of registration
  • Tech savvy – understands Agent Box & Real Time Agent
  • A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills
