About the Role

This Office Manager/Executive Assistant position offers a diverse range of tasks, significant responsibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact within the team. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, coordinating office events, and ensuring seamless daily operations.

Duties

  • Provide exceptional support to the Managing Partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage the Managing Partner's calendar, and book travel arrangements.
  • Oversee office supplies and facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Plan team functions, assist with staff onboarding, and systems setup.
  • Provide general administrative support, including mail handling, expenses, and event coordination.
  • Coordinate social media posts and marketing updates for the company's online presence.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining marketing collateral and client-facing materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in EA/Admin roles, with experience in financial services desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Experience in event planning and travel coordination.
