We are partnering with a leading Investment Manager specialising in Private Debt Markets to find a highly skilled Senior Administrative Professional to support our Investment Operations team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to build their career while contributing to the firm's success. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to the Managing Partner while overseeing various functions such as marketing coordination, vendor management, and overall office management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and coordinate meetings for the Managing Partner
  • Oversee office supplies and facilities, ensuring seamless daily operations
  • Plan team functions and assist with staff onboarding and systems setup
  • Provide general admin support, including mail handling, expenses, and event coordination
  • Coordinate social media posts and marketing updates for the company's LinkedIn and website
  • Assist in creating and maintaining marketing collateral and client-facing materials
Requirements
  • Proven experience in EA/Admin roles, preferably in financial services
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information
  • Experience in event planning and travel coordination
