Front Office Operations Manager

Job Title: Front Office Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, leading a team to ensure smooth reception operations, and providing exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Front Desk team to ensure efficient and effective reception operations
- Assist the Duty Manager in reviewing staffing rosters and deploying staff for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned on time and departures are checked out timely
- Update the Property Management System (PMS) and use it as an expert for the Front Office area
- Train others to use the PMS and other systems
- Monitor performance standards and report issues or concerns as needed
- Assist the Duty Manager in handling guest requests and complaints
- Train all existing and new team members
- Assist the Assistant/Front Office Manager in monitoring and checking on retro-claims
- Implement the Accor Vision and demonstrate active use of the Accor Values
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
- A service-focused personality is essential
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
