Oaks Hotels is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team at our Darling Harbour location. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Front Office team in delivering outstanding guest welcoming experiences and maintaining operational standards.
- Meet and greet guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming presence.
- Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues to facilitate accurate bookings and resolve any issues.
- Guide and lead the Front Office team in providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Complete daily administration duties, including maintaining accurate guest accounts and assisting with reporting.
- Effectively manage team rosters to meet budget requirements.
- Support the Hotel Manager with recruitment and talent development.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or resort environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Understanding of trust accounting principles.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including a variety of shifts, Monday to Sunday.
