About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the front office team and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Front Office Team: Supervise and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all front office operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Guest Experience: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Team Development: Identify and develop the skills and abilities of the front office team, providing training and coaching to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring that our guests are satisfied and that our operations are running smoothly.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the front office team, other departments, and guests to ensure that our operations are running smoothly and that our guests are satisfied.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Certifications: Familiarity with hotel management systems, such as OPERA, and other relevant software.
