We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Duty Manager to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the Reception desk, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front office operations, including greeting and registering of owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, and resolving any guest issues that may arise.
- Build, develop, train, and lead a team to promote high levels of customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics to ensure efficient operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front office department at a supervisory level, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems, preferably Opera.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications.
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holiday periods.
