Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Front Office Duty Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Reception desk. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and registering guests and owners.
  • Providing information about local attractions.
  • Handling administrative tasks and resolving guest concerns.

Additionally, you will lead, develop, and train a team to uphold high standards of customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems, preferably Opera.
  • Experience in event management is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in bookkeeping or finance is advantageous.
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming standards.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.
