Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Front Office Duty Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Reception desk. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and registering guests and owners.
- Providing information about local attractions.
- Handling administrative tasks and resolving guest concerns.
Additionally, you will lead, develop, and train a team to uphold high standards of customer service.

Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems, preferably Opera.
- Experience in event management is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in bookkeeping or finance is advantageous.
- Impeccable presentation and grooming standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
