Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at RACV Noosa Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the effective operation of the kitchen, providing exceptional service to our members and guests, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality food and beverage experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Manage the rotation of stock, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
- Oversee and perform operational duties of the section, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Train and induct new staff members, and supervise the development of apprentices and junior chefs.
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a 4-5 star hotel or resort environment.
- Commercial Cookery qualification, recognized in Australia.
- Demonstrated expertise in cookery and well-developed knife skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Capacity to lift 20kgs and perform repetitive manual tasks safely.
