RACV Noosa Resort is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting in the effective operation of the kitchen, providing high-quality food and exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key responsibilities include serving a consistent high-quality product, managing stock rotation to minimize wastage, overseeing operational duties, working in all areas of the kitchen, and training and inducting staff. Availability and flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster is preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience in cookery and well-developed knife skills
